What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Due to the highly personalized nature of this 1:1 mentorship and the limited spots available on my calendar, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your booking confirmation.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Immediately after securing your spot, you will unlock access to my private calendar right inside your student portal. Simply select the date and time that works best for your time zone, and you will automatically receive the Zoom link and calendar invite for our meeting.
Do I need to prepare anything before our call?
Yes! To ensure we maximize every single minute of our 60 minutes together, you will receive a brief pre-session questionnaire after booking. I will ask you to share a link to your current portfolio (or Instagram) and list your specific goals for the call so I can study your work beforehand.
Can I purchase this mentorship more than once?
Absolutely. Many students book follow-up sessions a few months down the line to review their progress, analyze new portfolio pieces, or tackle more advanced lighting and business setups. You can purchase additional sessions at a special discount price whenever you are ready to level up again.
